Kelp Crunch with Nori Hummus & Avocado

- 12 pieces Kelp Crunch
- 200 g hummus
- 1 g Atlantic Nori flakes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the hummus with the Atlantic Nori flakes and lemon juice until smooth and evenly combined.
Step 2
Spread a generous layer of the Nori hummus onto each piece of Kelp Crunch.
Step 3
Top with fresh slices of avocado and finish with a light crack of pepper for balance and aroma.
