When Your Order Arrives
When your KelpEat order is delivered, please check the package immediately.
We recommend that you:

Inspect the packaging before accepting delivery

Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged

Always sign the courier’s delivery document with “Accepted with reservation”

Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without penalty.
The right of withdrawal applies to:

Individual products within a multi-item order (to be specified in the withdrawal request)
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customised or personalised products

Products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once opened
Important:
All food products, including beverages, are considered products that may deteriorate rapidly. For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, food products can only be returned if they are sealed, intact, and suitable for resale.
If withdrawal is excluded, KelpEat may still refund the product price, but return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
